There are so many beautiful places in New Jersey for an engagement session. From historical locations to stunning gardens, mountains, or scenic beaches, there’s no shortage of places to have your engagement photoshoot!
As a wedding photographer with four years of experience, I’ve discovered some hidden gems that are perfect for your engagement session. In this blog, I’ll share some locations ideal for anyone looking to have an engagement session in New Jersey.
Why You Should Have an Engagement Session
My favorite aspect of being a wedding photographer is capturing the journey leading up to my couple’s big day! It’s about more than just the wedding day; it’s the entire experience leading up to it.
My wedding package does not require engagement sessions, but I believe they are important! It’s a time to celebrate my couples, get them comfortable in front of the camera, and get to know them better! Think of it like a practice run for the big day.
I always ask my couples if there’s a place significant to their relationship that they want to highlight in their engagement session. Whether they have a specific location in mind or need some guidance, the most important thing is that they feel comfortable and well-cared for when working together.
